Shipping policy

At Disciple, all items are offered on a pre-order basis. This allows us to produce intentionally, reduce waste, and maintain the quality of each piece.

Pre-Orders
When you place an order, your item is not immediately in stock. Instead, we begin production with our manufacturers after orders are received. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the pre-order timeline.

Processing & Production Time
Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and processing before your order is shipped. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on order volume and manufacturing schedules.

Shipping
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to production or shipping factors outside of our control. We will communicate any significant updates if needed.
